Reiki Courses in Delhi NCR

Friends, there is a good news for all Reiki blog subscribers from Delhi NCR. You may be aware that once in 3 months I travel to Delhi. This time I am coming from 19th to 21st November. I have received many calls asking me when I will conduct Reiki courses in Delhi so here I am. I will be in Delhi soon.

I have lived in Gurgaon for more than a year so I am very familiar with the city. I love the people in Delhi. They are very friendly and welcoming. Very good hosts as well. So its exciting to be back.

Most of the time, I am busy conducting Reiki courses in Mumbai (my home town). The reason I travel to other cities is to spread Reiki and develop new Reiki Masters. It is not easy but I love it. And I make new friends in the process.

You see last month I conducted Reiki courses in Goa. I am still getting calls from students telling me how good they feel about it. This makes it worth all the effort.

During this visit I will be focused on my purpose to spread Reiki in Delhi city. With your help and support lets turn at least 10% of the population in Delhi into a Reiki practitioner. Imagine what will happen when that becomes a reality! We should have 10 times more Reiki centers in Delhi as there are now. We need many more Reiki Masters in Delhi so that we can take the mission ahead faster.

I want Delhi to have some of the best Reiki centers in India. I want the best Reiki training to happen in Delhi. I want to create more Reiki teachers in Delhi. Even though there are many Reiki masters in Delhi but its not enough. We need more Reiki teachers because there are so many people suffering from disease and stress.

While walking on the spiritual path, I want to share whatever I learn with those whom I meet during my journey. Let us make cities not only smarter but also healthier and happier. Would you like to contribute in this mission?

I invite you to talk to family and friends and host Reiki courses in Delhi in your home. It will be a more personal setting with few students and lots of interaction. This is when the best Reiki training happen.

• I will be conducing Reiki Master degree course 4th and 5th for a student who has completed Reiki 3rd degree and has some amazing success stories so now he can become a Reiki Master in Delhi. On 6th and 7th I will be meeting old students and then I am back to Mumbai.

I have been doing Reiki training in Delhi for level 1, 2 & 3 but my focus is on creating more Reiki Masters in Delhi. Once we have more Reiki Masters in Delhi then they can focus on conducting Reiki courses in Delhi NCR area. I will do fewer Reiki workshop in Delhi in future. I love this city and I will keep coming. But most of the work will have to done by the citizens of Delhi.

We all have certain dreams and goals to be fulfilled. There are many things we wish to attain in life. Many of us have experience that some higher power has helped us in achieving success. Reiki is another name for that higher power. When we use Reiki to achieve goals things get easier for us.

Reiki indeed is one of the best way of unblocking congested energies. Reiki empowers us and makes us feel energetic, confident and positive. Positive thoughts go a long way in helping us achieve our goals.

Some days back I wrote about the Reiki energy ball, remember? That is one of the basic technique to use Reiki to achieve goals. You can wish anything and make a Reiki energy ball and release it in the universe. There are various other techniques of Reiki. Use the ones that would suit you better, depending on your energies, goals etc.

Reiki Goals Manifestation Exercise

• You need to write your goals on a sheet of paper. Write your name on the top of the page. As you note down your goals, dreams and desires be as specific as you can. For instance you might mention things like “I want a new Job”. Here you would need to be specific like, what kind of job, place, position, salary etc.
• At the end of the page, write: “Reiki is now manifesting this for my highest good”
• If you are Reiki first degree practitioner can now to connect with the energies of Reiki and 
• If you are a Reiki second degree practitioner you may draw a power symbol right at the top of the sheet. Repeat the Power mantra thrice.
• Follow the above mentioned point every-day, until you achieve your goal.

Reiki second degree technique for goals

For this technique, you would have to write your goals on a piece of paper. Make sure you mention all the details. Keep in mind to write positive statements and hope realistic.

• Draw the Reiki symbols all over the paper, make it look nice and attractive. You can use colored paper, crayons, colored pens etc.
• Connect with the Reiki energy while you perform Gassho and visualize your goal as achieved. 
• Draw all the symbols over the image and say each mantra thrice
• Draw the Reiki symbols on your palm. Then draw them over on the sheet. Repeat the mantra thrice.
• Hold the paper in your hands and imagine infusing the positive energy in to the paper.
• Carry the paper in your pocket.

So you can use the yellow crystals like tiger’s eye, golden topaz or citrine.  Charge this yellow crystal with Reiki energy.  Keep it on your Solar plexus chakra and keep on sending the energy to your solar chakra.
2. Charge your food with Reiki energy:  Charge your food with Reiki energy.  While having the food think that, the universal healing energy is enters into your body with the digestion of the food you consume. Also think this food will make you stronger, healthier and happier.
3. Charge your water with Reiki energy: Charge your drinking water with the universal energy and drink plenty of water in a day. Wish, this water will help my body to clear all the toxins and metabolic waste products which are not required for my body any more.
4. Do meditation at least twice in a day.  During the meditation keep on saying yourself that, you want to lose your weight. During this think, the universal healing energy is entering into your body continuously and enhances the metabolism of your body.
5. Sit in the upright position and keep your hands on the knees. Inhale and exhale comfortably. Imagine a yellow colored light entering to body from the earth and spreading all over your body.  Imagine this light is shining in the region of solar plexus. Visualize it as long as you can. Think this light is draining all the negative energies from your body. This technique will help to be more determined to lose your body weight to lead a healthy and happy life.
6. Use the Reiki symbol ‘Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen’:  For the body weight reduction you can use one Reiki symbol. Among Reiki symbols ‘Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen’ is helpful for body weight reduction. You may follow some of the advice during this weight reduction program to get a better result. Drink plenty of water during the healing process.

How to use Reiki to get a Job

I am just back from Goa. It was a great experience. I conducted several Reiki courses in Goa. During one of the course one student asked me how to use Reiki for getting a job. I shared with her how I used Reiki to find a new job in 2009 while I was still working.

Then I thought of writing this post because I often get the question 'how to use Reiki to get a job?' from Reiki practitioners. Those who are looking for a new job currently will find this useful. So I am going to share my own story with you, please do leave your comments below on how helpful you found it.

How Reiki helped me get my dream job

I was working as a Training Manager in a Fortune 500 company so I wanted a job as a Training Manager in another MNC. I wrote all the criteria that I wished in my job. I wanted better salary, opportunity to travel, better work environment and better work life balance. I did daily Reiki for my goal card to get my dream job.

The economy was not doing good. There were fewer jobs in the market. There were many people who were seeking a job. And I not just want a job but my dream job. I knew that through the divine intervention of Reiki it was possible.

One day I got a call from a recruiter. The company was a a Fortune 500 MNC from US. The job description was matching with what I wanted and loved doing. I did Reiki to get shortlisted for an Interview. There were several rounds of interviews and I did advance Reiki for all of them.

The interview process was quite long. It took me 6 months to get the dream job. But I finally got a job. I had to travel all over India. My boss was based in Australia. I had full freedom to express my creativity in India. It was exactly what I wanted!

There are plenty of job opportunities out there for first time and experienced employees. But how do you get the job that suits you the best? We need some divine power to guide us. Reiki is that divine power. I am thankful to Reiki for miraculously landing me in my dream job.

Reiki for finding a better Job - A case study

Some times we are not happy with the job we are having currently and we want to look for a better job. Reiki can guide you in that case as well. People who are dissatisfied with their jobs, unhappy with their salaries and wish to change things for good can definitely try Reiki.

Sara, my Reiki student wanted a new job as her boss was very harsh on her. She was learning Reiki because of health issues. The health issues were mainly caused by stress due to long working hours and other job related stress.

As Sara progressed from Reiki level 1 to 3 she had improved her health condition considerably. I was healing her once a week and rest of the days she was doing her self healing at home. Then she shared with me that she wants a new job.

Sara was barely managing time to do her self Reiki to manage the stress so she requested me to do distance Reiki for her job goals. We agreed on the kind of job she wanted and I doing Reiki distance healing for the same.

After about two week, out of the blue, someone from her circle shared about a job opportunity. This job was not only having a better salary but it was nearer to her house.

My students keep in touch with me long after they have completed their course so when she called me last she shared with me how satisfied she is with the job change. The stress is less and she spends more time with family now.

Reiki healing for Job Interview - Case 2

Reiki can be helpful in finding a job and also during the job interview. My student Mrs Mehra wanted her son to get a good job in a law firm. At that time she was a Reiki 2nd degree practitioner but was not very confident of doing distance healing.

Secondly, one of the job offer that he got was from a very good firm in Delhi which Mrs Mehra dd not want her son to miss. So she requested me to do distance healing for her son who wasn't a Reiki practitioner but was very open to receive Reiki healing.

After a couple of days Mrs Mehra informed me that he was shortlisted and that he would have the final round of interview in Delhi. I told Mrs Mehra to inform me about the day and time of each of his interviews in advance. I did Reiki distance healing for a seamless interview as per the schedule.

He cleared the rounds one by one and now it was time for the final interview. We were constantly communicated over phone and WhatsApp as he prepared for the final interview. I felt very good vibrations while doing distance Reiki.

After the interview she reported to me that the interview went very well and they also gave him the offer letter on the stop. After few days she shared with me that he is happy working there and is well settled in Delhi.

Many Reiki practitioners have taken help of Reiki for getting a job and many of them have had amazing experiences like this.

Reiki helps in reducing job stress - Case 3

The immediate benefit of Reiki is relaxation and stress reduction. No matter how stressful your job is you can learn Reiki and start using Reiki to deal with the challenges you face in your job. But if the stress levels are very high it is better to find another job.

Raman was a IT professional. When he came to Nalanda Reiki Center, he shared how hard it was for him to cope up with the stress in his current job.

He wanted to quit immediately but I told him that his Reiki practice will help him withstand the pressure and meanwhile he must look for a job in which he can enjoy his work. When you love what you do, there is no stress.

Stress can drain out the energy and affect the quality of life. Initially he was taking healing once in a week from me in addition to his daily practice.He started gaining his confidence back as the days passed by.

After a couple of months he found a job which did not require him to go to office daily. He now works from home 2 days, 3 days and sometimes even 4 days a week. How does it get better than that?

As you progress from Reiki first degree to second and third you get more and more aligned to your life purpose and thus your life get better and better. In order to make things better in life, Reiki is something that can be very useful!


We are talking about the incredible benefits of introducing Reiki healing to improve our life. Reiki is a healing technique that has helped millions of people throughout the world to cope up better with their jobs, have more courage and lead a better life.

Reiki is an ancient art that heals the various problems like stress at work, finding the right job, being happy in life, being productive in your job, etc. When Reiki is applied to your situation (finding a new job) the universal life force energy of Reiki heals us from within and makes us open to better jobs or whatever else that we want. Reiki can also help us perform better at our current job.

• If you have done Reiki second degree, you can use the Reiki Symbols to get guidance, get help in making your thinking better, heal physical job stress and make you a better, healthier and more focused person. 
• If you are a Reiki third degree practitioner, these techniques begin to work to align you to your life purpose. The universal energies will start changing all aspects of your life and people around you. Reiki guides you towards your goal and you start to get close to achieve them with the passing of each day, and ultimately you get your dream job.

I can not stress this fact more that students must practice regularly and complete the Reiki 3rd degree course because when you get healed at spiritual level many problems at mental, emotional and physical level just disappear automatically.
