For a big or complex problem healing is done for 1 or more weeks. While scheduling your distance healing session you must describe your needs or problem in detail. The full name and photos of all people involved in the problem, goal or situation will also be required.

All of us have a life purpose. Some of us are clear about it and some of us have been so busy in our life that we never had time to stop and think about our life purpose. Being clear of our life purpose has many benefits including a happier, more fulfilled and satisfying life.

Some time back I wrote about how to use Reiki for cough and cold and today I will share with you how to used Reiki for migraine headaches.

I have myself got success in overcoming the problem of migraine headaches with the help of Reiki. I have shared my entire story in this video so just watch this video first...



Back to my story...

I learned Reiki out of curiosity. I had nothing else in mind. During that time I was suffering from severe migraine headaches. So after learning Reiki I thought why not try to solve this problem?

I was doing Reiki self healing regular. Occasional I was talking Reiki healing from Reiki practitioners in my family. I did this consistently for more that a year and thus I recovered from migraine headaches.

I am very fortunate. Many of my family members and friends are Reiki practitioners. It really helps to have family members who know Reiki! When you are in a bad shape, you cant even do self Reiki. In such situations you feel so good when someone does Reiki healing to you.

When the headache was severe I would take medicines. I always suggest everyone to continue any medicine they might be taking and consult the doctor regularly. Along with medicines I had added Reiki healing in your daily routine.

When I meet someone who has migraine problem I always tell them to learn Reiki. If you have not learned Reiki then you should first of all learn Reiki.

Recently someone did my Mudra Therapy course online and he contacted me on Instagram to know which mudra's are useful in controlling pain during Migraine attack. So I told him to do Gyan Mudra for 30 minutes while I did Reiki distance healing.

He felt the difference and inquired if I could teach Reiki on Skype. We were in different time zone so we did the first degree course in 3 days (2 hours per day).

Now its been 2 months and I told him the exact same procedure and daily routine that I used to over come this problem. He is happy with the progress but it will take some more months to get completely alright.

Reiki hand positions for Migraine

Now lets look at the Reiki points for treating migraine headache.

There are 3 main locations where you need to give Reiki for migraine headaches:

1. Third eye chakra
2. Crown chakra
3. Pain points in your head (during migraine)

We just need to give Reiki to these points for 30 minutes daily 2 times. Once your body forget how to cause migraine, you can reduce the duration.

But until then you have to follow this procedure diligently and consistently. 

How to do effective Reiki healing for migraine

• On days when you don't have migraine, you must to your chakra healing especially at Third eye chakra, Crown chakra and at pain areas in your head. When this is done, you can delay the migraine headache.
• When the migraine headache starts, you should immediately start healing or take Reiki treatment from a Reiki practitioner or Reiki Master. Even Reiki distance healing is helpful.
• Many people cant do regular work while Migraine attack is on. In this case you can just lie down on bed and continue to do Reiki as long as the pain is there.
• While the Migraine attack is on you might feel that even Reiki is not helping, even then continue to do Reiki. If you are giving Reiki to someone with migraine, you should continue to give Reiki as long as the pain is there or energy flow is on. You can take breaks however.
• When you do Reiki healing regularly, the intensity of the pain will start to reduce slowly and steadily. 
• One of the causes or contributing factor for migraine headaches is stress. Your daily Reiki practice dissolves stress and help you strengthen your immune system. 
• Taking regular distance healing sessions is also very helpful if the pain is severe or you want to come out of this problem faster.
• Have a never give up attitude. In the beginning the relief may be less if you have severe migraine headaches. Slowly and steadily you will start to feel better.
• This is the best way of treating migraine with Reiki.

Reiki Treatment for Migraine

• If possible take Reiki treatment from Reiki 3rd degree practitioner as they will be able to do healing at higher levels. If the cause of migraine headaches is at mental / emotional level, this will really help. Get this Reiki treatment at least once a week or take daily distance healing. 
• Even if you are a Reiki practitioner yourself, there is nothing wrong in taking Reiki healing from a Reiki practitioner or a Reiki Master. Reiki for Cough and Cold

Today lets look at how use the natural healing method of Reiki for cough and cold. Its not a big problem but still its uncomfortable. You want to get rid of cough and cold as soon as possible.

A few minutes of Reiki healing can help you recover from cough and cold when done properly.

Sit comfortably. Close your eyes and start Reiki. Activate your hand chakras with CKR (if you are a Reiki second degree practitioner) to make your Reiki healing more powerful.

• First of all wash your hands and do a Reiki aura cleansing
• Then place your hands on the 3rd eye chakra and give Reiki as long as Reiki flows. This will clear the headache, if present.
• Then place your hand on your face. This will heal the cold. If you do this while lying down on the bed, you will feel better and get faster result.
• Then give Reiki on your temples. This will calm you down, release the accumulated stress and relax you deeply.
• Then give Reiki to your throat chakra and then to your lungs. 
• Make a Reiki energy ball around your head and let healing happen while you relax on your bed.
• Finally give Reiki to all the other chakras as well so that your immune system is strengthens.

Additional Reiki techniques for Cough and Cold

• Along with Reiki if you can fast and only drink 3 glasses of warm water and 3 glasses of citrus fruit juices for 2-3 days, you will be able to recover from cough and cold faster.
• Dring Reiki charged warm water mixed with honey and lemon in the morning. You can also drink Amla juice as it has high vitamin C content.
• You can also make use of crystal healing. Just charge a 7 chakra crystal set with Reiki. Place it under your bed so that your body is energized while you sleep.
• If you have family members who are also Reiki practitioners, you can take Reiki healing from them while you relax and enjoy the healing. 
  
  It is very advantageous to have family members who have learned at least Reiki first degree. If you have family members and friends who know Reiki you can let them do a Reiki group healing session for you.
   

Practice of Surya Mudra with Reiki

Practice Surya Mudra while doing Reiki for 15 minutes. Surya Mudra is formed by touching the tip of the ring finger to the base of the thumb and pressing the ring finger lightly with the thumb.

This mudra increases heat in the body and gives you freedom from cold, cough and sinus problem. It also reduces stress and gives you a boost to your energy and vitality. People with high BP problem should avoid this mudra. You should also not practice this mudra for more than 15 minutes.
