Reiki Group healing is really a wonderful experience because everyone who is participating in it will bring one project or goal or intention that they want to manifest in reality and everyone present in the group healing session will send Reiki to heal the person, issue or situation. This often brings unexpected and miraculous results.

How to prepare yourself to attend the session:
Have a specific goal in mind. Take something that is most important to you right now.
Write the goal on a piece of paper, using positive language and in present tense, as if you have just achieved the goal.
If you want to send distance Reiki to a loved one, bring their name, age, photo(if possible) and location written on a piece of paper.
When group members work on each others goals it becomes even more powerful due to the fact that they are not attached to the outcome. When healing is done without attachment, only with a pure commitment or intention, things happen faster. When you do healing for others without expecting anything in return, the Universe recognizes this and more doors to prosperity and abundance open up for us.

Reiki practitioners know the power of resolutions. Daily after waking up we recite the Reiki Principles, these are like daily resolutions that empower us to be more self aware and act positively all day long.
This time of the year is to review our achievements and make new resolutions. As Reiki practitioners we know that New Year resolutions can turn into reality faster when we apply Reiki to them daily.
Maybe you have completed Reiki Level 1 or even Reiki level 2 so why not give power to your New Year Resolutions in new ways that produce extraordinary results.
If you have not yet done any of the Reiki Courses yet, I urge you to register for the Reiki 1st degree course with me or any other Reiki Master you know. Reiki will help you life-long and create Heaven on Earth for you.
Lets look at how to empower your new year resolutions:
Put down all your worthy goals on paper. Your goals are about you and your loved ones. Close your eyes and give power to each of these intentions one by one with the power symbol.
Create an affirmation for each of your goals and while you do self treatment repeat the affirmation while giving Reiki to each of your 7 chakras.
If you have a goal that is stretched or difficult or if you do not yet know how to reach it, use the mental-emotional symbol to guide you on the path. As you start taking actions, you will be guided to the next step. This guidance comes in the form of ideas, thoughts, feelings and suggestions for near and dear ones. Just be aware to the information that is coming your way and act on it.
Before you do your self healing in the morning and evening read out your goals and affirmations and then pick 1 goal that is most important to you now and visualise the end result. Draw the power symbol on that image in your mind and see the impact of it.
You can help your loved ones or a close friend by making them think about one of their important goals while you give them a Reiki Treatment. While giving them Reiki treatment you intend that the Reiki energy guides them and empowers them to take action. End the session by visualizing them happy, having achieved their goal.
Once you complete your Reiki practice you can keep the list of goals in your Reiki box which you have pre programmed to be energized with Reiki energy every 1-2 hours.
At the end of every month tick the goals you have reached. Thank yourself taking consistent action and thank the Reiki energy for the miracles and intuitive guidance you received on the way.
May your new years resolutions help you in creating and new reality for you, your loved ones and your community. Reiki has many application and can be applied to any area of life to create health, happiness and peaceful balance.
In this new year, continue to practice Reiki self treatment and grow stronger physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Your daily Reiki practice helps you dissolve stress and strengthen your immune system.
Give Reiki to your friends and family members whenever you can because the more you give Reiki, the better you will get at your Reiki skills, you will experience more miracles in your life.
Share your Reiki experiences with others and encourage them to learn Reiki and take charge of their life and transform every area of life.

In my experience, when someone is really inspired by the possibility of helping others with Reiki, they start to wonder 'How do I become a Reiki Master?' And the journey begins...
When someone does ask me this question, it makes me smile. I ask them almost instantly, 'why do you want to become a Reiki Master?' I am eager to know their answer. Sometimes people have wired misconceptions about the purpose, process and outcomes of Reiki Master Degree.
If you have been following this Reiki blog you must be aware that my mission is to spread Reiki. And I want to train as many Reiki Masters as possible so that as a team we can reach more cities and more souls. For this reason I always encourage everyone to learn and spread Reiki in every way possible.
For those who want to become a Reiki Master I would like to explain the requirements and the responsibilities of being a Reiki Master. Joy, peace and spiritual growth that awaits on this journey.
Sometimes people who have not even done Reiki level 1 express their interest in teaching Reiki. Some of these people also seem to be in some kind of race. They feel they have to complete and be done with all the levels of Reiki. I suggest them not to rush.
I tell them to complete Reiki level 1 and find out how they feel about it. Then I tell them to progress to Reiki second degree and after enough practice when they are also completed Reiki 3rd degree they can start to consider if teaching Reiki is something they really want to dedicate their life to or not.
Becoming a Reiki Master requires you to practice Reiki on yourself and give Reiki to a variety of people. These experiences make you rich spiritually so that you can pass on the valuable lessons you learned to your students. When you have walked on the path and you have had a rich experience you can guide others better.
Prerequisite to become a Reiki Master
Reiki Master Teacher level is also known as Reiki Level 3B. For learning this level you must complete Reiki level 1, 2 and 3A with enough practice between the 3 levels. This is not a competition. You don't have to do it overnight. You have to restore the balance of your body, mind and emotions.
You have to have experiences of healing others and resolving various issues. This rich experience becomes the foundation that will make you a Reiki Master who can contribute to others meaningfully.
Becoming a Reiki Master not only gives you the opportunity to transform others but also to expand your own transformation. When you give others you get many folds in return. Growth and transformation is the purpose of life and the universe.
Deciding to become a Reiki Master
As a Reiki Master your life is about others. You are responsible for training and developing Reiki practitioners and support them in achieving the outcomes they are committed to. Besides having the experience in giving Reiki to yourself and others you will be required to selflessly give your time and effort in service to humanity.
Before accepting a student for Reiki Master Teacher level I ask them a few questions to understand them and their understanding of Reiki, especially if they have not taken 1 or more levels from me. I want to ensure that we have good rapport and the student has made a decision after understanding the responsibilities of being a Reiki Master. I also ask them to meditate on their life purpose to get a feeling if this path is in harmony with their life purpose.
With daily Reiki practice your true path, the plan for your life, your spiritual purpose is revealed to you. I take these things seriously because training someone to be a Reiki Master is a long term commitment and I need to provide support long after the training is complete. Its a life long relationship.
After the Reiki Master Attunement you require significant practice in teaching Reiki to others and practicing passing attunement to students. More than other Reiki courses, Reiki Master course has significant higher level of theoretical as well as practical training. During this process participants also experience dramatic changes in their life and their journey of self discovery takes on a new speed.
The cost of Reiki Master Certification was around US$10,000 in the past, but now in most countries it is much less. There is a variation in the duration, contents and cost of Reiki Master Degree Courses across the world.
After Reiki Master level training you will receive a copy of all the Reiki Manuals and other materials from your Reiki teacher. You should be able to comfortably deliver Reiki courses in the supervision of your Reiki Teacher and receive an approval to teach Reiki courses independently.
Depending their level of confidence different students require varying levels of hand-holding when they begin teaching their own Reiki class. I empower all my students to free, independent and powerful Reiki Master. I encourage them to give Reiki and Reiki information freely to others.
Trusting the abundant nature of the Universe I train them to give their best to others and be blessed by the Universe with love, peace, joy and abundance! I am a life long learner and I urge my students to be a life long learner of Reiki and of life.
Some students take the Reiki Master Course to improve their healing abilities and to teach Reiki only to close family and friends as and when required. If this is your intention the Reiki Master level attunement and training can be very helpful in fulfilling your intention. In this case you may not require very long period of practice for perfection.
Once you complete your training, until you teach Reiki to at least 1 student you are known as Reiki Master Practitioner and once you accept a student you become a Reiki Master.
If you want to teach Reiki professionally, to students seeking Reiki training, you must be able to initiate students and pass on the ability to channel Reiki energy in others even more effectively. You should be able to teach Reiki courses, making sure the students understand and practice Reiki as it is meant to be done.
During your Reiki Master teacher training you will be given various assignments to develop your skills and expand your personal transformation. You must ask for feedback after each assignment and incorporate the feedback to become the best Reiki Master that you can be.
Students who have Reiki first, second and third degree from me are familiar with the topics, talks and meditations I do in my class. With others I need to work more so that they can practice until they are confident in delivering the class.
The Reiki Master Teacher Course is very dynamic and gives you a very enriching experience. You will experience rapid personal growth as life unfolds the mysteries of the universe in front of your eyes. This is the beginning of a new phase in your journey with Reiki. As you express your sincere desire to help others, you will find students who sincerely want to learn Reiki getting attracted to you.

After almost an year of completing the Reiki Master Degree, the Reiki energy presented me with an opportunity to spread the teachings. I was fortunate to teach my first student for Reiki Level 1 on the 26th of December 2013.

If you have been following my blog you must have read my post on Reiki for kidney disease treatment. I want to share with you some more good news which I think you must share with those who might be in a similar situation.
I am really happy today. I have been giving Reiki healing to someone who is suffering from kidney disease. He lives in Matunga, Mumbai. I started with hands on healing and then gave distance healing. With the first session itself he started feeling better and started asking for more healing.
I advised his wife to learn Reiki and participate in his healing. She took my advise and took Reiki first degree attunement. Since then she has been giving Reiki treatment to her husband. The results are very encouraging. The creatinine level is coming down consistently.
While he has continued with regular medication prescribed by the Doctor she is now giving Reiki to her husband 2 times a day. Today I visited them and we did Reiki group healing. The couple is now very positive and hopeful of their future.
She is eager to learn Reiki second degree but since she is yet to complete her 21 days of practice after Reiki level 1. Today when I entered his room he was so excited about the healing that he was about to receive. During the Reiki healing session he dosed off 2 times. He was deeply relaxed.
I have also given him my Reiki meditation MP3. He listens to the audio before going to bed. I will be giving distance healing for the next 7 days while his wife will continue with touch healing. I am also very excited with the results. I thank Reiki energy for making me a channel and allowing me to make a difference in someone's life. I am really blessed.

Reiki Attunement, as the word signifies, is your introduction with Reiki, the Universal Energy. You may say it as an initiation into learning the Reiki healing process. Reiki Attunemnets are given by the Reiki instructor or the Reiki Master. There are 3 formal levels of Reiki Attunements for beginners. These beginner Reiki levels are very easy to learn under the guidance of experienced teachers. You will feel relaxed while learning Reiki in the Reiki classes.
Levels of Reiki Attunements
Reiki Level 1 Attunement: In this level you will be permanently get connected with the Reiki source, the healing energy of the Universal. After the initiation you will be able to perform healing on yourself or on others. You can flow the Universal energy through yourself by simply placing your hands and opening your heart to recieve Reiki. This first level of Reiki Attunment is the foundation for other two beginner levels of Reiki. You can start the next level when you will complete your 21 days of practice on this level. This first level deals with the physical healing of self and others.
Reiki Level 2 Attunement: This level deals with the emotional and mental healing. In this level you will get the chance to be deeply connected with the Universal energy and heal at mental and emotional level. Here you will learn to direct the Reiki energy to travel across any distance and time to heal the emotional and mental issues of any living being, anywhere on this planet. In this level you can practise to send the Reiki energy for healing your family, friends and even animals from a distance. You will learn how to use specific Reiki symbols for specific purposes.
Reiki Level 3 Attunement: Before entering to this level you must complete and level 2 of Reiki. The full potential of Reiki energy is unlocked while entering to this level. In this level you will be able to perform Reiki healing on spiritual level to anyone who needs it. This level 3 is also known as level 3A or the master level in some countries. This completes your basic course in Reiki. After this those who have mastered healing and those who want to teach Reiki to others with the intention to helping others can apply for Reiki Master Teacher level or Reiki level 3B.
Here are some tips for purifying your body, before & after your Reiki Attunement:
Once you have scheduled your Reiki class have as much raw foods as possible.
Till the date of the class reduce or stop consuming dead foods like meat, fish, eggs, etc. and food from the cold storage.
Avoid alcohol at lease 1 day prior to your class.
If you smoke, then try to reduce it as much as you can.
You may want to try and see how it feels like to live a day just on juice, do that!
Try warm water fasting till 12 noon for 1 to 3 days before your Reiki Attunement.
If you are meditating every day then continue and do it on the day of your Reiki Attunement.
Try to avoid watching TV, reading news papers and listening the radio just for 1 day before and 1 day after your attunement.
Determine to spend time for meditation for your 21 day cleansing period after your attunement
Find time to spend with natural elements like Sun, water stream, sea, trees, garden etc.
Try to spend 1 hour alone, doing nothing at all..!
Avoid spending time doing unnecessary tasks and works.
Have plenty of water.
Have a nice and full night sleep before the day of your class.
Do juice fasting or have a light breakfast on the day of Reiki Attunement.
Some more tips for your first Reiki Attunement:
Do your prayer and meditation everyday while preparing for the Reiki Attunement.
Mentally be prepared for the 21 day cleansing period after the Reiki Attunement.
Re-evaluate your dosage of medication (if any) after consulting your physician.
Reiki Attunement will introduce you with the Universal energy of Reiki. You will be more efficient and more close to the universal energy of Reiki. Resolve to use this knowledge for the betterment of all living being, including animals, plants, birds, etc. I wish you a beautiful spiritual experience during the Reiki attunement. Each person has a different experience and you should never compare your experience with other peoples experience.

Aura is the energy field surrounding any object or person. This energy field is created by the energy centers of the body known as the Chakras.
The energy field is strengthened when we give Reiki healing to ourselves or others. When someone is sick this energy field is weak.
Our thoughts and emotions as well as the Aura of other people around us effect our energy field.
What is Aura Cleansing?
Aura cleansing is way of removing the negative energy from ones aura. The outer aura of a person extends 10 or more feet but the inner aura is very thin, up to 4 inches from your body.
Some people can see this aura with naked eye and this ability can be developed with training and practice. But more important that seeing the aura is cleaning it from the effects of negative thoughts and emotions.
Why do Aura Cleansing?
Our aura extends far beyond our physical body. The healthier you are the further it can extend. It can go upto 25 meters and even more in some cases.
Your aura mixes with the aura of other people, some of whom might be carrying negative energy due to their negative thoughts and emotions.
There are places we visit where there is a negative charge. You feel dull or depleated of energry when you go to such places. You have to clean your aura after coming home in such cases otherwise you might end be up being, angry, upset or depressed.
There are places where we feel peaceful such as a temple, this is because of the positive energy that place emits.
We also visit crowded places where there are many people like shopping malls, public transport, movie theaters, etc. Our aura gets mixed with other auras and may catch some negative energy from other peoples aura. Due to this negative energy you may feel tired at the end of the day. This needs to be cleaned.
We eat food outside, the people who make this food may be having negative thoughts or emotions like anxiety, insecurity, depression, etc. which enters the food and when we eat that it enters our body. If you cant avoid it, you can at least give yourself a Reiki energy cleanse at the end of the day.
So there are many ways our aura gets contaminated, so it is important to clean our aura morning and evening with Reiki energy.
Reiki for Aura Cleansing
Its important to give Reiki to yourself for cleaning your Aura. When you are charged with Reiki, you are full of energy and you can easily remove negativity on the surface of your aura.
The same is true when you are cleaning the aura of someone else. Once you energize yourself you are ready to clean your aura. It is very simple and anyone can do it.
Reiki Aura Cleansing Process
Place both your palms on your forehead in the form of a cup at a distance of 1 inch or so.
While exhaling move them downwards with the intention that the negative energy is being grounded.
When your hand reaches your feet, place them on the ground and let them stay there for 1-2 minutes till you feel that the energy has been absorbed by Earth.
Do this 7 times and then wash your hands in running water.
Aura Cleansing with Rock Salt
Once a week follow this Process of Aura Cleansing
Take some rock salt in your hand make 7 passes from your forehead to the tips of your toes
Have the intention that all negative energies will be absorbed by the rock salt.
Once this is done throw the rock salt in the sink
Finally, wash your hands in running water.
Quick way to do Reiki Aura Cleansing
If you do not have time or if you surrounded with people you can make use of this process.
Stand up and activate Reiki and let Reiki energy flow through you like a shower or rain.
Have a intention that all negative energy is being absorbed and transformed by mother Earth.
Once this is complete let the Reiki energy flow for some more time
Let mother Earth receive some pure Reiki energy through you
Thank and complete the process.

Here is a question to all new visitors and everyone who is following this Reiki blog - Is there something that you think you have lost? Maybe you kept it somewhere in your office or home and you cant find it now... Try this Reiki technique for finding lost objects. Many people get surprizing results when they use Reiki for lost things.
The only thing necessary here is that the object you are looking for must be something that you really want. Don't do this exercise to 'try it out' or to 'test it'. If it is a real problem for you then you will find the object.
Take a glass full of water and hold it with both your hands. If you have done your Reiki first degree you can just activate Reiki energy and charge the water with Reiki energy. One of the following will happen:
You might visualize the object while you were meditating with the glass of water in your hand.
You might accidently discover the object during the day or someone else might find it suddenly.
You will see a dream that will tell you where you might find it.
I have used Reiki for lost objects and it has worked for me and that is the reason I am sharing with you. It may not work only if finding the object is not in your self interest or its not the right time or the object is destroyed. You can confirm what actually is the case using the same process.
